Delivery & Carriage Information
We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all orders to the UK Mainland postcodes. Delivery to Offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland are subject to availability and delivery charges. Please contact us to ensure we deliver the specific item to your area and the delivery cost if any.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible by working in line with the UK’s leading logistics partners.
Our standard rates are up to 3 business days for dispatch, and up to 3-5 business days for delivery. This can vary for each product based on the size and weight of each particular item. Delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
Orders placed after the applicable cut-off time (11 am) will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next business day.
Business days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after the relevant cut-off time on Friday will not be processed until Monday. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or English Bank Holidays.
Tracking your order
We will send you an email to the email address that you enter at payment at each stage of the process, i.e. when the order is placed and when the order has been dispatched.
Couriers deliver all orders 8am - 7pm and if you provide your contact telephone number they may send you an SMS (text) message on the day of delivery or provide a time window. Please make sure you enter a mobile number during checkout to receive text message updates.
This is important and please be assured that your number will only be used for delivery purposes.
Delivery Arrangements
Please make sure someone is available to accept delivery at the specified delivery address. Although we offer free delivery, once an order has been scanned in with our delivery partners, if for whatever reason you are not able to accept the agreed delivery date/time or we encounter a failed delivery because nobody is at the property to accept delivery, we as a company reserve the rights to pass these charges on to you. These charges will be confirmed with yourselves, and are payable to EASY BUY CLUB LIMITED T/A Moda@Home, or will be deducted from a refund upon cancellation. If you know you are not going to be able to take delivery at the agreed time please contact the carrier to make alternative arrangements to avoid further charges.
Deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt (we strongly advise you to inspect all items carefully before signing). If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local delivery depot, they will leave a card for you detailing where it is and how to arrange the redelivery of your order.
Delivery is to the ground floor only.
All items should be inspected upon delivery and damaged goods should be refused. If you notice damage after goods are delivered you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once delivered, the item(s) ordered will become your property (provided they have been paid for in full) and your responsibility and, apart from where damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.
International, PO Box and BFPO Deliveries
Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders for International, PO Box and BFPO addresses.
